We are proud to say that within the next few weeks a member of our Shard, London team will be connecting the warning light to the highest peak of the 1,016ft skyscraper. With the amazing efforts of the contractors at the Shard at the Mace team themselves we will soon be ready to climb the ladder! We had to choose the right man for the job and he has been selected, there wasn’t many who jumped at the idea!

Eastbury Infant School

Working with the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham Council, CHS provided the full Design and Build for all Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing services.

Working from the Boroughs scope, with stringent BREEAM constraints, CHS progressed these requirements to a stage C design and produced full working drawings.

Working closely with specialist suppliers CHS bettered the BREEAM requirements, to create a building that uses the most up to date systems to produce a truly sustainable building.
